Working like a Champ

I took a shot on this new design and technology for our home side gate. A couple design and software issues with first iteration but staff were responsive and quick to identify corrections. Second version was mailed to me immediately and is now installed and working like a champ. Love the ability to lock and unlock gate for our pool service from anywhere in the country we are at. I've even set a "routine" with Alexa to have it unlocked and locked on certain days. The stylish design is a plus as well as the security it provides. Happy with the decision I made

The Bulldog GateLock fills a real gap — there are very few Matter-certified smart locks

The Bulldog GateLock fills a real gap — there are very few Matter-certified smart locks purpose-built for outdoor gates. EcoNet Controls has a track record with smart home devices, and the Thread connectivity gives it an edge in reliability over Wi-Fi-only alternatives. Worth watching for the second production run.

There is no other product at the market for this type of Smart gate last need. So far so good. Support helped me with a few initial setup questions. They are very responsive and even focused on firmware improvements

Just set up the Bulldog Matter/Thread Gate Lock

Just set up the Matter Gate Lock. Took a little time but got it connected to Apple Homekit and Google Home thru matter and works well thru the App and over voice control. Seems well constructed and sturdy.
